This year we also had the chance to spend Kwanzaa with the Simmons clan. Again, we ate SO MUCH good food and got to share stories, gifts, and fun.
The annual Simmons Kwanzaa dinner is also marked with a bit of ceremony, like the reading of the seven principles of Kwanzaa and the lighting of the red, black, and green candles.
As always, the Kwanzaa dinner was both enriching and lots of fun, since it's never boring when the Simmons' get together!
